About the event
Many of us are too busy, work too much, and stress too much, yet spend little time investing in our personal wellbeing. No matter what our situation is, we can all spare at least 15 minutes to care for ourselves. Whether you've never meditated before and find it difficult to sit still or have meditated for years and fallen out of practice or simply want a group to meditate with. I am launching this Monday mini meditation specifically for people just like us, to get our week off to a great start and help you create or restore a simple habit with exponential benefits.
